Shipping
Delivery within USA
Your order will be shipped within 2-3 working days. We ship primarily by USPS Mail. Transit times are usually 1-5 days depending on the destination.
For urgent deliveries we can ship via courier upon your request. Please contact us at info@aprioria.es to arrange courier shipping.
International Orders
Orders delivered outside the USA are usually shipped by USPS Priority Mail International.
Please allow 1 to 4 weeks for delivery to most countries, not including processing times.
Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by your country of residence for importing goods. These charges are out of our control, and vary from country to country depending on the products ordered and the rates of duty and charges imposed by your country of residence. We are not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies. It is not our responsibility to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office before placing the order. We don't want you to have an unpleasant experience.
Shipping Costs
Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of each shipment.
Missing Parcels
Problems with delivery need to be brought to our attention within 7 days of the shipping date for delivery within the USA and 14 days of the shipping date for international orders. After this date we cannot accept responsibility for missing or lost items.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for exchange or a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. The product should be unused and in its original packaging.
To return or exchange a product, please email us at info@aprioria.es. You will need to provide us with the order number and proof of purchase.
It is the customers responsibility to pay shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping on the original order will be deducted from your refund.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning a product. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days.
