Case study - Transition of Every Kind

Mary had moved from country to country many times over the past decade. As another relocation approached, she felt exhausted and overwhelmed at the thought of moving again with her family. Although she understood that it was the best decision for them at this moment, she felt unhappy about disrupting her own routine and her children’s lives once more, and about having to adapt to a new environment.

Mary was also worried that she might not find a supportive community in the new place. She felt as though each move was taking away something she deeply loved.

During the consultation, we explored the emotions, thoughts, and situations that were troubling Mary. We worked with several essential oils, and she learned about their individual qualities and benefits. By the end of the session, Mary chose two oils that particularly resonated with her. She was drawn not only to their scent but also to their properties, which could support her in adapting to their new environment and lifestyle.

In addition, a personalized flower essence blend was prepared to support Mary during this period of transition, offering “invisible” yet meaningful emotional support during a time of significant change.

After the consultation, Mary reported feeling greater acceptance and courage in facing the upcoming move. We stayed in touch, and she shared that as she began working with her oils and flower essences, she felt more grounded, calm, and centered. Over time, she noticed a shift in her perspective — she began to feel more open to the move and even excited about meeting new people and discovering a new place.

When Mary and her family finally relocated to their new country, they received a warm welcome and felt supported by the local community. She later met several people with whom she had much in common, and they developed meaningful friendships. Ultimately, Mary realized that the move was not about losing parts of her life, but about expanding it and welcoming new opportunities.

Case Study - Rediscovering Inner Strength to Move Forward

Helen had a job she had always believed was her dream. She was responsible for floral design at a reputable agency. Working with flowers had long been her passion, and she felt fortunate to have secured such a position.

Although she genuinely enjoyed working with flowers, she began to realize that she struggled with the unpredictability of her work environment. She could not plan her workload effectively. Even if she worked very hard throughout the week, something urgent would often arise on Friday, requiring her to work over the weekend as well. Over time, she became tired and discouraged. She was saddened by the limited time she could spend with her daughter and noticed that she was gradually becoming depleted of energy due to the lack of rest. She could not see a way to change the situation. At the same time, she was afraid to change jobs and lacked the energy to begin searching for another one.

During the consultation, we carefully explored her circumstances and discussed several supportive tools. Helen was particularly drawn to two of them: an essential oil and an art therapy technique designed to promote greater clarity and direction in life. Through working with the oil and visually mapping her “way forward” through drawing, Helen began to recognize the first small steps she could take. After  consultation she felt more energized and hopeful that she could initiate meaningful change.

At home, she continued using the oil and practicing the art therapy technique she had learned. Three weeks later, during our follow-up conversation, Helen shared that she had spoken with her boss. They agreed to reduce her working hours. This adjustment allowed her to spend more time with her daughter, rest more regularly, and begin exploring new job opportunities. With more energy and vitality, she no longer feared losing her job as she once had. Instead, she felt increasingly empowered to make changes in her life.

Case Study: Overcoming Guilt, Fear, and Self-Doubt

Mia, a writer and mother of two young girls, spent most of her days caring for her children. Three times a week, a nanny came for a few hours to help. Although Mia deeply longed to return to writing, she rarely used that time for herself. She felt there was always something else she needed to do for her family.

She often spoke about her desire to start writing again and shared that she had many ideas. Yet something consistently held her back. Instead of focusing on her work, she would find herself doing housework or scrolling through social media, looking at other writers’ content. Over the course of a year, she noticed she had become increasingly irritable and frustrated with her daughters and her husband. She could not fully understand the source of these feelings and felt ashamed for not being more appreciative of the life she had.

During our consultation, we explored the underlying reasons she was unable to write when she had the opportunity. Mia identified several emotional blocks that were holding her back. She felt guilty about dedicating time to something she enjoyed instead of focusing entirely on her family. She also feared sharing her work with others and doubted her ability to write confidently again.

Mia was introduced to several gentle, supportive tools to help shift her situation. After learning about their qualities, she chose to work with flower essences. A personalized blend was created specifically for her current circumstances, designed to support her in releasing feelings of guilt, addressing her fears, and rebuilding her self-confidence.

One month later, we met again. Mia shared the first fairy tale she had written. She expressed that she now felt more at ease about taking time to write and experienced significantly less fear when sharing her stories with others.
