My journey and my approach

Today, I would love to share my journey with you. Each phase of my life has guided me toward the path I walk today.

From Corporate World to Holistic Design

Since childhood, I have been deeply drawn to flowers, plants, art, storytelling, and beauty. I dreamed of creating something of my own, a world woven from textures, scents, and meaning, expressed through a cosmetic and textile brand.

As I grew older, however, I chose a different path, guided by the promise of stability and success. I studied economics and stepped into the structured rhythm of the corporate world. For years, I moved within it, gaining independence and connecting with people from around the world. Yet often, at the end of the day, I felt a quiet emptiness, a longing I could not fully name.

In search of meaning, I turned inward and began practicing yoga. What began as a simple exploration soon became a doorway. When my role at the company came to an unexpected end, I chose to see it as an opportunity to follow a path that had always called to me.

At 27, I became a student again, studying art and design at Central Saint Martins college in London. There, my work unfolded around the delicate language of traditional Russian lace. My university professor didn’t support my theme or my final project but it didn’t stop me. I felt called to explore traditional patterns and the hidden stories within them: intricate designs rich with symbolism, echoing plants, animals, and the natural world.

Decoding these patterns felt like listening to something ancient, intuitive, and healing. At the end of my studies, I created a piece that incorporated traditional lace into interior design, with the intention of shaping spaces that feel gentle, holistic, and healing.

Rosacea as a Teacher

A few years after graduating, I continued working with lace and design while my family and I moved to Madrid, where I was raising my young son. In 2017, I developed a skin condition called rosacea despite living what I considered a healthy lifestyle. I ate well, did not smoke or drink alcohol, and remained physically active.

The condition developed quickly, and I became increasingly distressed by the changes in my skin. Mainstream doctors prescribed antibiotics and hormone therapy. However, something within me held back. At some point when I felt particularly bad I did agree to use a steroid cream, which initially improved my skin, but when I gradually stopped using it, my symptoms returned even more severely. My skin became inflamed, sensitive, and intensely uncomfortable, which deeply affected my emotional well-being.

Mainstream medicine largely agrees that rosacea is difficult to treat, with limited solutions available. So I felt compelled to look elsewhere. I began researching natural and holistic approaches to healing: from Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda to exploring essential oils and flower essences. At the same time, I was learning about the connection between body, mind, and spirit in the healing process.

I believe my healing truly began when I started to listen more deeply to my body, my emotions, and my inner voice. I began to see my condition not only as a challenge, but as a teacher, a doorway into greater awareness and self-connection. My focus slowly shifted from frustration to curiosity.

Over time, I immersed myself in different holistic practices and eventually developed a skincare and lifestyle routine that helped soothe my rosacea naturally, without antibiotics or steroids. I came to understand that this experience was guiding me toward a new path.

With my background in design and my growing connection to natural living, I felt inspired to bring these worlds together. This is when the idea of my linen brand was born.

Linen as a Healing Instrument

I developed a line of linen products designed for yoga, meditation, and a mindful lifestyle. Working with linen felt natural and deeply aligned with my values.

I believe that our bodies and minds are inherently attuned to nature, and that surrounding ourselves with natural materials can support this connection. Linen, in particular, is a remarkable textile—breathable, moisture-wicking, and gentle on the skin. It helps regulate body temperature, supports comfort, and promotes a sense of ease and relaxation.

For me, linen became more than a material—it became part of my healing journey.

From Linen to Aromatherapy, Flower Essences, and Art Therapy

While working with linen, my curiosity about plants and their healing properties continued to grow. I deepened my studies in essential oils and flower essences and became increasingly inspired by their history and subtle power.

Wanting to share what I was learning, I began organising small gatherings where I could connect with other women and exchange knowledge, stories, and experiences.

In 2022, due to disruptions in the linen supply chain, I made the decision to pause my linen project. At the same time, I felt a clear inner shift—a desire to work more directly with people and share the tools and insights I had gathered.

Over years I have trained in aromatherapy, flower essences, herbalism, Ayurveda, and art therapy with teachers from around the world. Rather than choosing a single discipline, I integrate these approaches to offer a broad and supportive framework for self-exploration and well-being.

I view natural living as a lifelong practice and continue to expand my knowledge, sharing new insights as they become part of my work.

My approach - Weaving a Tapestry of Life

Each of us is unique, with our own story and path to follow. Life holds moments of joy, sadness, beauty, and challenge and all of it belongs. It is up to us to decide how we live through everything we encounter along the way.

I see the journey toward balance and harmony as a process of weaving. We create a tapestry of life from many threads. At different times, we’re drawn to different tools, practices, and experiences where one contributing to the whole.

I believe that when we learn to listen to the heart, the body, and the spirit, we begin to trust the unfolding of our path. One step gently leads to the next.

I trust in the intelligence of nature, in timing, and in the quiet guidance that is always available to us. I believe that essential oils, flower essences, art, storytelling, nature, connection, curiosity, creativity, and beauty all support a deeper connection to ourselves where our answers already exist.

I also believe in the healing power of simplicity, beauty, and meaningful rituals.

Our Work Together

Our work together is guided entirely by your unique needs and intentions. There is no fixed structure—only a space for exploration, listening, and gentle discovery.

We may begin with essential oils, exploring both your story and the stories of the plants themselves. We may work with flower essences, creating a blend that reflects your current emotional landscape. I may also offer creative practices, art-based exercises, or storytelling as ways to deepen your self-connection.

Each session is intuitive and adaptable. You will be introduced to a variety of tools and invited to choose what resonates most with you.

Together, we will create a simple, supportive, and meaningful practice—one that helps you move toward greater balance, harmony, and connection with yourself.
